All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received before 10 am EST, will ship the same day.
Orders received on Friday after 10 am EST will not ship until the following business day, Monday.

Shipping times depend on your location. We ship from Rochester Hills, MI so if you live down the street from us, you’ll get your order quicker than if you live in Hawaii. USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for delivery.
Orders less than $250 will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS).
First Class Mail Service arrives in 2-8 business days after the day of shipment including Saturdays, excluding Sundays and holidays.
Priority Mail Service arrives in 2-5 business days after the day of shipment; including Saturdays and excluding Sundays and holidays.
Orders $250 and above will ship via United Parcel Service Ground (UPS) and require signature upon delivery.
UPS Ground Service arrives in 1-8 business days after the day of shipment depending on your location.
Please allow one extra day for orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico addresses.

Yes! SmarterVitamins does ship to addresses within the US, most US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you received your order damaged, please Contact Us.
Be sure to save all shipping materials (package showing label) and damaged goods, photos will be requested of both. We will not be able to assist you if any of the products or materials are thrown away or not included in photos.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We know typos can happen so we make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout with our software to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will contact you by email at the email address you’ve provided. Your order will be placed on hold awaiting your response.
SmarterVitamins will not be held responsible if you provided the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package after it’s been shipped.
Refused delivery or undeliverable packages (example: missing apartment number, gate code, etc.) returned to us will require a reshipment fee to be sent out again. If you choose to have the order refunded, any shipping paid will not be refunded. If the order had free shipping, we will deduct our shipping costs (can be up to $15 for some larger orders) from the refund.
Tracking shows delivered but order hasn’t arrived
Sometimes USPS or UPS can scan an order as delivered even while it’s still in transit so you may receive a notification that your order was delivered but it’s not there. Please wait 2-3 days for them to finalize delivery. If 3 days have gone by and you still have not received your package, please contact us and will assist you in opening a claim and investigate.
Allow up to 5 days for the investigation. If the investigation is still pending after 5 days, we will ship you a replacement order while we wait for it to be completed.
